The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) was instituted in 2001 to bring in skilled foreign immigrants who can contribute to the province's labor market and economic needs. PEI PNP is said to invite the largest number of immigrants to Canada, retaining a high population intake. PEI PNP program has three major immigration categories divided into different streams: PEI Express Entry, Skilled Worker Stream, Critical Worker Stream, International Graduate Stream, and the Work Permit Stream. The Prince Edward Island PNP grants newcomers a chance to apply for permanent residence through a provincial nomination.
Prince Edward Island is one of the smallest Canadian provinces, and it is known as the island province. Situated on America's east coast, Prince Edward Island is covered with red-sand beaches, farmland, and lighthouses. The province's economy is centered on fishing, tourism, and agriculture. Foreign nationals looking for a silent, metropolitan, bustle-free life can settle in Prince Edward Island (PEI). Newcomers are provided with settlement services by the Immigrant and Refugee Services Association (IRSA), 211PEI, and IRCC, including pre-arrival assistance until the individual gets citizenship. The province has employment opportunities in sectors like the trade industry, healthcare social assistance, public administration, etc. Foreign nationals can avail of other education and healthcare benefits with decent taxation.
The PEI PNP points calculator gives points based on various factors, such as age, language, education, employment, work experience, and adaptability. The total points that can be allotted to candidates are 100.
